Science itself is infinitely verified, but surprisingly its basic exploratory methods are relatively simple. Basically, all research methods in science can be categorised into two systems: deductive as well as inductive reasoning system. Broadly, inductive and deductive methods are differentiated based on the time of formulation of hypothesis (one starts with hypothesis formulation while the other end on hypothesis). The deductive research method starts with hypothesis formulation or moves from general facts to extract specific research outcomes, while the inductive system is exactly the reciprocal of the deductive system. The hypothetical deductive research method is a type of deductive research method and it is the subject of discussion in this article.
